The centrally air-conditioned Main Hall – LuLu Grand can comfortably seat 2200 pax, and is the best venue for conventions, conferences, product launches, mega shows, weddings and so on.

The A/c Banquet Hall – Ruby can take up to 1100 pax (theatre style), while the Non A/c Banquet Hall – Lotus can accommodate 1000 pax. For a typical Kerala style feast (sadya) the halls can seat up to 1500 people in one go (1 panthi).

The Mini-conference Safina I, II, III is an air-conditioned and carpeted hall which can be segregated into 3 different halls, each equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual facilities. This hall can seat 20 to 450 pax and provides a very aesthetic ambience for meetings, seminars, conferences, corporate events and so on.

The Central Courtyard LuLu Greens is a lush, green, open air venue apt for evening functions and get-togethers. This venue can easily seat up to 2000 people, and can be facilitated with audio-visual arrangements as required.
